There is a difference between application architecture and enterprise architecture (EA).  This is a different way of understanding the business strategy and information needed to meet objectives.  There are many technology platforms that can be used to accelerate delivery of and EA.  With my experience across a large spectrum of tools and technologies, you can take advantage of a best-of-breed approach.

I will bring baseline technology models and customize them to produce a world-class solution.  TOGAF is an industry standard that I follow to:

• Ensure the architecture is defined by and justified in terms of business needs. There is a direct link between the business and its supporting IT. IAF is key for business – IT alignment.
• Define an architecture that is maintainable thus maximising the original investment by the business. It can be used as a basis for capacity planning and control.
• Completeness of the design
• Reduce the risk of “losing requirements” between the phases
• Provide an approach for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
