Lynn and I bought a new house. Today, it’s just a dirt lot. The planned completion date is August 2019. So, I’m going to time-lapse record the construction.
This is my Raspberry Pi time-lapse camera. It uses a Raspberry Pi Zero W and some custom scripts to take a picture every 30 minutes. According to my calculations the battery should last three or four days.

Now that I have it working, it needs to be weather ready So, I put it in a Tupperware container. I debated putting a lens cover on it.
And now we place it in a tree. I tried hiding it on the ground but it would only take pictures of the dirt.

Here’s day 1

I’ll be following the progress!
